He has over 10 years of experience in both property and asset management within the apartment industry. Lucian completed his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Information Technology at the Lucian Blaga University in Romania.

Laura Salvatore joined Centurion as an intern after graduating from Ryerson University. She is presently the Associate Director of Human Capital for Centurion Property Associates Inc. and Centurion Asset Management Inc., overseeing all aspects of Centurion's human resources. Laura also acts as Secretary to the Board of Trustees for Centurion Apartment REIT, Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust, and Centurion Financial Trust. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
